Meet Sarah

Approach
Sarah is a warm, creative, and dedicated therapist. She believes in combining the client’s expertise in their own experience with her therapeutic knowledge to invite growth. Trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy, Sarah sees client systems from a strengths-based and holistic perspective. She utilizes interventions from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, the Gottman Method, and offers psychoeducation.
As a former early childhood educator, Sarah understands the importance of being kind. She does not believe there to be a “villain” in relational conflicts. Prior to working at Lakeview Therapy Group, Sarah served community mental health populations in Chicago and South Florida. She has worked with youth and their families, individuals, and couples.
