Approach to Therapy

Vanessa is an interactive therapist whose work is informed by education and experience.  Her training as a marriage and family therapist is unique. It emphasizes the connection between problems and relationships. By considering the link between them, Vanessa can create a contextual framework. And the context of any problem, big or small, matters. Vanessa tailors her approach to meet the needs of each client. She is committed to providing therapy that respects privacy and autonomy while promoting well-being.  ​
