Approach

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating anxiety, grief, or a major life transition. Perhaps you’re used to holding it all together for others, but inside things feel heavy or uncertain. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with 15+ years of experience working with teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, helping clients understand patterns, process emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and relational, integrating attachment and somatic work. Together, we explore what you’re experiencing and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while building practical tools, improving communication, and helping you feel more grounded and in control.

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and direct. I offer a supportive space while gently challenging patterns to support growth.

I’m fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and enjoy working with diverse backgrounds. If you’re ready for support, I’d be glad to connect.
