Meet Kayla

Kayla is a warm, collaborative therapist who sees individuals, couples, and families. She comes to the couple and family therapy profession as a second career after working in tech and digital marketing.

Her training is grounded in the importance of relational work. As a systemic thinker who believes that we all live in relationship to each other, Kayla works with clients to bring about positive change in one's relationship with the self, as well as with family, friends, romantic partners, coworkers, and the community. Kayla is interested in helping clients voice internalized narratives, break down the stories we tell ourselves about our lives, and create new meanings and possibilities.

She integrates Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. She is dedicated to bringing compassion, fresh insights, and tangible skill-building to every session.
