Meet Ashley

Strength based therapy, systemic therapy
Ashely is a marriage and family therapist working with individuals, couples and families coping with major life transitions

Approach

Ashley is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT) who works with teens, adults, and couples. She focuses on creating a grounded, collaborative space where clients can slow down, make sense of what they are experiencing, and build patterns that feel more aligned with who they want to be.

Her style is laidback, conversational, and reflective. She draws from psychodynamic and family systems approaches to explore how relationships, identity, culture, and past experiences shape current patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. With a background in sociology and criminology, she brings a strong awareness of how broader social systems and cultural context, including immigration experiences, impact mental health

.

She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodivergence, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and major life transitions such as marriage, divorce, retirement, or career shifts. While not an eating disorder specialist, she has experience supporting clients who are working through complicated relationships with food and body image in a nonjudgmental way.

Ashley offers both in-person and virtual sessions and provides services in English and Spanish.
