Meet Christopher

Approach
Christopher is a therapist who works primarily with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and their families, as well as clients exploring sexuality, intimacy, and identity. This work is done through a sex-positive and affirming lens that honors diverse sexualities, relationship structures, and expressions, including kink and polyamory. His approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in both Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, helping clients uncover their strengths, rewrite limiting stories, and move toward preferred ways of being.
Christopher also enjoys supporting people navigating major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges, fostering a space of authenticity, reflection, and empowerment. Deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and the dismantling of systemic oppression, he works with awareness of how social, cultural, and relational forces shape clients’ lived experiences, creating a therapeutic space grounded in curiosity, respect, and collaboration.
Before pursuing a career in therapy, Christopher worked for many years in creative industries and corporate HR, experiences that shaped his understanding of relational dynamics, leadership, and workplace wellbeing.
