Approach

Allison works with adult individuals and couples — meeting each client where they are, whether that means doing the deep personal work of healing individually or rebuilding safety and connection within relationships.

For individuals, Allison specializes in helping clients understand and process complex trauma, dissociation, and the lasting effects of spiritual or religious experiences. She supports clients in untangling how past wounds shape present-day anxiety, mood, and sense of self — and in developing a more grounded, authentic identity.

For couples, Allison draws on her Gottman Method Couples Therapy training to help partners understand how trauma and attachment patterns show up in their relationship. She works with couples navigating disconnection, infidelity, conflict, and the ways that one or both partners' histories may be affecting their ability to feel safe and close with each other.

With a background in Linguistics, Allison brings a deep appreciation for the power of language and self-understanding in the healing process. She believes wholeheartedly in the capacity for healing — and is passionate about walking alongside clients as they reclaim that potential.
