Approach to Therapy
Kayla is a couple and family therapist in training working on her master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University. She comes to the couple and family therapy profession after working in tech and digital marketing. Her education is grounded in the importance of relational work. As a systemic thinker who believes that we all live in relationship to each other, Kayla works with clients to bring about positive change in one’s relationship with the self, as well as with family, friends, romantic partners, coworkers, and the community. Kayla is interested in narratives, breaking down the stories we tell ourselves about our lives, and helping clients create new meanings and possibilities. She is dedicated to bringing warmth, compassion, and fresh insights to her sessions.
